• Brief session notes

• Any information needed for safe practice

• To provide counselling

• To meet legal, ethical, and safeguarding responsibilities

 

How I store your information:

• Identifiable information and session notes are stored separately

• Files are encrypted and saved on a password protected device

• Backups are stored securely

 

How long I keep your information:

• Records are kept for 7 years, then securely deleted

 

Sharing your information: I will not share your information unless:

• You request it

• I am required by law

• There is a serious risk of harm

 

Your rights: You can request access to your data, ask for corrections, request deletion, or make a complaint. I will respond within 30 days.
